Lotometer is built and run by one person, so I read every message and answer it myself, usually within a few working days. Write to me if:

• you spot a mistake in a result, a prize or the date of a draw. Name the game and the draw number, and I will check it against the operator's official source and correct it;
• you are not sure how a statistic is calculated, or what a combination check or a simulation result means;
• you have an idea for a new statistic, tool or game Lotometer should follow;
• you want to exercise one of the rights described in the privacy policy, such as access to your data, its correction or erasure, or withdrawing your consent.

For official information about games, ticket purchases and prize payouts, contact the operator in your country. Lotometer is an independent informational site: it cannot check your ticket, does not know who won and has no access to payouts.

How the data is collected and checked is described on the Methodology and sources page, and who is behind the site on the About page.
